Kind and Compasionate. Dr. Cooper came to our home to help us say goodbye to our chocolate lab, Tennant. I was uncertain how I might feel about this process happening in the house that we then had to continue to live in. I must say that it was a beautiful process. Dr. Cooper talked us through it all, waited patiently for us to have enough time with our girl, and was so respectful. Every person I've dealt with has been professional, kind and understanding. They were even able to come on Grand Final Day at no extra charge. The memorial box, paw print, etc were all done to a beautiful standard and we have them to cherish. Thank you Goodby Good Boy. I would recommend without hesitation. They were lovely.
