“The friendly staff made an entirely devastating and difficult time much more easy to navigate. They were kind and supportive, gentle when it mattered and didn’t care that I was an absolute blubbering mess during the process. “The end of a pets life is always traumatic, but I wanted to say farewell to my girl Danica in a calm safe environment rather than at the vet in a clinical situation. I can't recommend Good Bye Good Boy more for assisting with a beautiful transition for her. The vet was amazing, beautiful soul who gave me the space to go at the pace I wanted so there was no rushing. How they took her away even was incredible and I felt her life was respected in the most amazing way. I have already recommended you to others for pets I know are in their final Months and years. Thank you for making a sad occasion a celebration of her life. Suzanne & Moni”

““From my initial contact with Goodbye Good Boy, and throughout the whole process, I could not recommend this business more highly. We were so comforted in the knowledge that our beautiful Cavoodle, Jazzy, would be euthanized at home surrounded by his family and all that was familiar to him. Dr Melissa provided a caring, kind and empathic presence both during and after the passing of our beloved Jazzy. We opted for the cremation package, which was beautifully presented when Jazzy was returned to us. This service is also to be recommended”.”

“Recently we lost our beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback, Gunga Din, “Dinnie”. He was more than a champion, he was a cherished member of our family. The initial grief of his passing was nearly too much for us, however, Goodbye Good Boy helped us cope and enabled us to keep the memory of our darling boy alive. “When we called Goodbye Good Boy as our beloved dog had to be euthanised we were devastated and distraught. Goodbye Good Boy were understanding and compassionate from start to finish. The service was very professional and we felt that our special, furry companion had a dignified and beautiful farewell at home with the family by her side. We are grateful to Goodbye Good Boy for their excellent service.”

“Really couldn’t ask for a better service. We had the most beautiful and peaceful experience having to put down our beloved Messi with Goodbye Good Boy. Dr Chad and the team were so caring, compassionate and professional, explained everything in detail and made such a sad time for our family very seamless. Highly recommend.”

“at a very distressing time of having to say goodbye to my beautiful Lolly my shadow, I was so impressed with our final goodbye to her, she was comfortable in our lounge room as we said goodbye I didn’t stop holding her for a moment, the vet was amazing he took his time & explained everything thoroughly & when the moment came Lolly just gently fell asleep so peaceful & beautiful, in my time I have had to put down 3 other pets at veterinary’s & the experience’s were very distressing. Thank you Goodbye Goodboy for your compassion & professionalism.”

“Saying goodbye to a much loved furry member of the family is always difficult especially when in our case a short but aggressive illness doesn’t give you much time to prepare. Our beloved Rottweiler, Lucy, a rescue dog had always been fearful of the vet despite the lovely care we received from all the staff. When it was apparent she would need to be euthanised our vet referred us to Goodbye Good Boy and we were able to arrange for Dr Melissa to come within 24 hours notice. Melissa’s warm and supportive care meant we could lay on our deck in the sun with Lucy, say our goodbye and then be with her as she quietly went to sleep. From start to finish Goodbye Good Boy we’re wonderful and I highly recommend anyone who would like the process of euthanasia for their pet to occur at home to use their service. Great value for money as well. We will be calling them again but hopefully not for some time to come. Heather McMinn”

“I highly recommend GGB. They take the stress out of organising the passing of our beloved Casper. I reached out to GGB over the weekend expecting a call back next week, however GGB replied to me same day on Sunday and organised everything by Monday. I cannot thank GGB enough.”
