“I would like to thank Dawn and Cassandra with helping me through the rough process of putting my fur baby Sutra to rest. They made me feel at ease they walked me through everything i needed to know making me feel better about laying her to rest. So thank you so much i definitely recommend Goodbye Good Boy”

“I highly recommend GGB. They take the stress out of organising the passing of our beloved Casper. I reached out to GGB over the weekend expecting a call back next week, however GGB replied to me same day on Sunday and organised everything by Monday. I cannot thank GGB enough.”

“Can not express enough gratitude for the way the Team helped our Family manage through the excruciating task of saying goodbye to our beautiful boy. The understanding and compassion shown was first class as they guided us all through the process of letting our fur child go. I honestly don’t know how we would have managed this without them.”

“From the first enquiry almost 12 months before we made the final decision to say goodbye to our beloved German Shepherd, Zahra, we received nothing but compassion and support from Goodbye Good Boy. Dawn, my initial contact, was so helpful and empathetic. Dr Tom, the vet, was so gentle with Zahra and created such a peaceful place for her passing and kept us informed of the procedure. Whilst it was extremely sad to say 'goodbye' to Zahra, we were so relieved and comforted to know her final moments with us were in familiar surroundings and she was completely stress free.”

“I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough. When the time unexpectedly came for to say goodbye to our best buddy. Cassandra went above and beyond to make sure she could find us a vet at short notice ( she must have called me 8 times over 2 days with updates until she could lock something in for us). The vet that came was also amazing and provided a great level of care and comfort. The aftercare was also done really well. Again, while not a service you want to be using, I couldn't recommend these guys enough. 6 stars!”

“I have been putting off writing my review as I am still an emotional wreck after the loss of my baby. That being said am so happy I found Goodbye Good Boy to assist with the farewell of my darling boy Dollar. The entire team was so caring, understanding and supportive throughout the whole process. The vet on the evening was absolutely wonderful, he took time and care with my baby, making sure he was at ease and talked us through everything. We were so fortunate that Dollar was able to leave us in the comfort of his own home, surrounded by his family and fur siblings. As much as I dread the next time one of my fur babies needs to cross the rainbow bridge, I take a little solace in knowing that Goodbye Good Boy's service will be there. I can't recommend the team highly enough and my family and I are so grateful for everything they did.”

“We were very thankful to be supported so well, from the first phone call to the last the day before we said goodbye to jess, to the day of her passing Very difficult decision to make when its one made with fore thought Jess had a great 17 years and we are happy we said good bye in our backyard where she spent so much time,very peaceful”

“I dealt with Dawn throughout my initial call. She made the hardest moments so much easier. The whole team throughout the entire time were nothing short of amazing and caring. Not a service I ever wanted to use but one I would highly recommend and use again if and when needed.”

“No one ever wants to use this service but when you do Goodbye Good Boy is an excellent service. The process was very simple and they accommodated all our needs. The vet who came to our home was amazing and paid great attention to our young children (5&7) which I truly appreciated.”

“We were very glad that we chose Goodbye Good Boy to manage the final journey of our beloved dog, Obi-Wan. Everyone we had dealt with at Goodbye Good Boy was very accommodating, and showed a lot of empathy and compassion to us. We explained our situation in our first phone call with James and he was able to organise Dr Mel to come on the same day. Dr Mel explained each step of the process to us and gave us plenty of time to spend the last moments with Obi. The whole process was very personal, beautiful and thoughtful. A couple weeks after, Cassandra rang to check in on us and making sure we were ok. It was very thoughtful and we felt very supported. After being gifted 15 years of unconditional love from Obi, the most beautiful gift we could give him was a beautiful send off and we were glad to have Goodbye Good Boy in Obi's final journey.”
