It was a very hard decision to make, however Goodbye Good Boy made the process easier than expected. All staff were incredibly caring and sensitive. While I sobbed over the phone.. they waited patiently. When all was done they quietly left so there was no awkward goodbye while I ugly cried in the kitchen.
