We lost Rufus Andrew and he was a much loved family member. He was a rescue dog and we wanted to make sure when the time came to say goodbye he was treated the best way. From the initial phone call with James, to Rufus getting transferred to his return home by Michelle, he was treated like he was one of the pets of the staff of Goodbye Goodboy.
