I came across an ad for this company when I had to very unexpectedly and very quickly (within the day) let my boy go. They exceeded way beyond my expectations in laying my boy to rest for the last time. From the get go, James was very accommodating and helpful even with the very short notice. When my boy finally came home, he was delivered (personally by a team member, Isaac) in the loveliest manner and you could tell just how much care and love went into the whole process - even the outer box was very lovely! My boys' ashes came in the loveliest wooden box and the prints were all done very well. Thanks James and team - I really appreciate everything you have done for us.
