The kindness and compassion shown by James and the team helped us tremendously with the difficult decision to farewell our beloved cat, Cleo. We were gently guided through every stage of the process and the genuine care and personalised approach we received allowed us to focus on both grieving the loss, but celebrating the time we had with Cleo.
