I couldn’t be more grateful in the support and care myself and my family received during the loss of our almost 20year old dog, Puddles. We got home from the city and a couple of hours later she had passed away. Being a Saturday night everything was shut and we were completely broken, first thing Sunday morning we called Goodbye Goodboy, and they were more then accommodating to come and get her there and then. She was picked up within a few hours of our first call at 7am! They were in contact at all times and were more then happy to answer any and all questions.
