The team was excellent in providing a fitting farewell and tribute to my beloved cat Max. They were able to pick him up within a short timeframe and also able to return his ashes along with the beautiful memorial box and 2 plaques with my requested message (at no extra cost as my message wouldn’t fit onto 1 plaque). So happy with the service and would highly recommend
