Made such a heart breaking experience so much easier. They were very personable, caring and considerate. From the lady answering the phone (which is what I was dreading, having to say it out loud) to Dr Tom who was amazing and helped us make the last moments with our little Harley that much easier. They are very thoughtful and kind. Thank you so much.
