From the hardest phone call to make, Cassandra was very patient and caring, and Dr Melissa's visit was
everything I had hoped for being very peaceful and calm, helping my beautiful Maggie off to her forever sleep. Dr Melissa, then so gently and respectfully wrapped her in a soft blanket after we all had our last goodbyes - very grateful for your service at such a difficult heartbreaking time
