Absolutely amazing service and worth every single cent. We could not have better honoured our old friend. The vet team arrived within 3 hours of our call and fully explained the 3 step process at each stage and made light and friendly conversation. Our darling was then transported in a pastel blanket. The fee included complimentary counselling with a grief specialist, very useful. Every single person and step of the process was gentle, kind and loving. Perfect. Thank you.
