Very understanding and sympathetic. Dealings with Goodbye Good Boy was thankfully easy and they arranged things quickly, all the while making sure we were ok with the timing of things. They also checked in with us a week later.
The vet who attended was great giving us time to say goodbye to our beloved Buckley and allowed us time with him afterwards, we weren’t rushed, we were allowed to spend that time with him.
I would highly recommend Goodbye Good Boy. Any questions we had were answered in a sensitive way.
