From the initial phone call I had to make to the follow-up call after the service had been provided, the service at Goodbye Good Boy was a heart-felt amazing experience. When talking to the staff, you realise their compassion and empathy for losing a furbaby and they walk you through each step of what to expect and what the next steps are. I have recommended this service to many people since, for a similar service whereby they want their furbaby to be in their own home and comfortable as they say their sad good byes. Goodbye, Good Boy was an amazing experience that I will forever be grateful I found.
