At a very difficult time, the people we talked to were kind and gentle, and dealt with our beloved Daisy in such a way that it eased our loss a little. I can't think of a better way to say goodbye to a very much loved part of our family. The end was calm and peaceful and the vet was careful to make sure that we were ready at each stage of the process. Really, really impressed with the service from first contact with them.
