From filling out an online form on the very early hours of Sunday morning to one of the team contacting me regarding urgent arrangements to be made that same morning. To them turning up with all care and compassion and allowing a comfortable, familiar goodbye for Karma was above and beyond what i had expected but everything she deserved.
