Melissa was wonderful, extremely gentle and respectful. Jack took to her immediately which was unusual for him. She also took the time to get to know Jack and the family and made sure that we were all as comfortable as we could be at every step of the process. The support before and after was very reassuring and made the situation as manageable as it could possibly be. I would highly recommend saying goodbye to your fury friend in this manner. Jack’s final moments were filled with calm, love and respect which is exactly what we wanted for him.
