Thank you all for making a horrible time in our lives a little bit brighter. From the first phone cal we felt supported and relaxed with the process. Our boy was 17 years old and it was a really hard decision to let him go but after talking to you it confirmed to me that it was the best thing for him. On the day the vet walked us through the process and let us proceed at our pace and comfort. Our boy went very quickly and it was a very peaceful end.
