I could not have asked for a better send off for my pet cat Milly. Emma was so understanding and empathetic and made such a difficult process a lot more bearable. She was incredibly compassionate, explained the whole process and allowed me to make the decision when I was ready. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is afforded the opportunity of having their pet transition at home.
