From the my first contact, staff were very kind, friendly and sensitive and did everything possible to make the most heartbreaking time go smoothly. The vet who attended our home was gentle with our dear Otis and ourselves. To be able to say goodbye to Otis in his own home peacefully was a blessing for him and ourselves.
