I preordered an expensive e-ink monitor (25") on their site and they sent me a much cheaper 13". I talked to them and returned the 13" one. It did take a while for the 25" inch to be available on the market elsewhere, but they don't respond to my email anymore. Basically they charged my $1800 and didn't send me anything. Please stay away from this company to save yourself money and time.
