I have ordered from this company many times in the past and spent a lot of money with them without finding any cause for complaint. However two of the bags of cashew nuts from my last order contained more crushed bits of nuts as opposed to a whole casual nuts which I complained about and submitted a photograph. I had an acknowledgement to my email and I was told that the matter would be investigated and I would be contacted further. Needless to say I have not heard anything since and I’m hugely disappointed with The customer service.
