Payed for postage 2/3 days delivery it’s now the 18th may .iv emailed twice and just get a automated response with a link to the courier
It’s not my responsibility to chase delivery’s

“Ordered on 23rd March dried fruits and turkish delight gift platters. Arrived 37 days later on 29th April. Web site states 2-3 working days delivery. Only answer received was sincere appologies and sorting out problem, which from the courier tracking site I can only assume is a dispute between Good food and the courier. Also repeated requests to cancel the order and refund my credit card were totaly ignored.

“Very poor. Clearly everything packed one after the other. Ordered Lime and Saffron csahews, no taste of lime or saffron, but plenty of unwanted and no in ingredients chilli. Italian herb and cheese cashews stale, no crunch to the nuts at all. Rice crackers pretty tasteless. Dried strawberries are not dired strawberries, they are closer to crystalised fruits, very high sugar content and very little strawberry flavour in chewy things - I can't call them strawberries. Apple with cinnamon OK but overly coated with cinnamon and it could have been on anything. Altogether not a good experience, and not healthy snacks especially if for diabetics. Won't be ordering again and for cost I cannot recommend any of the products.”

“Hi again I'm waiting for the order to be delivered. I ordered it on April 4, and Yodel's website states they received it on April 8. I know it's not GoodFood Delivered's fault. But perhaps look for a different courier? This is the second time it's happened.”
