Healthy snacks?? All covered in sugar or fructose which was very disappointing, wouldn’t buy again

Worst company I have ever dealt with lost, all my money, as goods never received and emailed numerous times. Do not trust this company.

Did not send order, refused to refund my purchase and would not respond to my emails. Do not purchase anything from this company!

My order number is 67881 I was not happy with my transaction with above company. I placed an order which included a box of Baklava at £8.99. When putting my order through, I was given a pop up deal of a box of Baklava at half price of £9 from £18. I was totally disgusted to find that I received the exact same size box of Baklava but actually paid more, than the box I ordered. This is misrepresentation and false advertising. What angered me more, was the fact that I have emailed them twice and been totally ignored both times. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. Anne Cherry

Received my order with wrong item sent but paid for a more expensive item I never received, the nuts tasted old and soft most of my order went in the bin. I won't be ordering again will stick to Holland and barret from now on.

Sent me a wrong product with no warning or communication. They told me what I ordered was out of stock so they sent a replacement (completely different product) but it was in stock when I ordered, and has been in stock on their website ever since. I asked for a refund for the item I was not sent and offered to send the replacement they sent back but I have had no reply. At any point they could have notified me the item I paid for was out of stock (if it truly is?) But instead they sent me and charged me for something I didn't want and can't use.

Received 4 packs of chilli nuts I hadn't ordered and was minus nuts I had ordered, when asked was told ot wasn't to do with them!!! Not good at all!!!

Placed an order 10 days ago, hasn't been dispatched yet, emailed to find out when this would be sent, haven't received a reply to that email in 4 days...

What a disaster!! They sent me a dispatch notice and a tracking number when they haven't even processed my order. I am still waiting for customer service to pull their heads out of the sand and deal with my missing order. This is totally unacceptable.

How do you expect me to do a review on your products. When I haven’t even received my order yet. My order was placed 9 days ago, you said it was on its way 8 days ago. That is not good enough for me . In your advert you state orders over £30 would be sent 48 hour tracking with Royal Mail.

You’ve asked for a review for products that where on a 1-2 days empress delivery and have still not arrived 13 (working Days) since. Yodel have it We're expecting your parcel from your sender. We will provide updates here once we receive it as of 05/03. I asked for and update which customer service replied on 13/02 that had asked the warehouse to investigate and to give them time!! Then (I assume an automatic) part of your organisations asks me to review a product not yet received?
