Sent me a wrong product with no warning or communication. They told me what I ordered was out of stock so they sent a replacement (completely different product) but it was in stock when I ordered, and has been in stock on their website ever since. I asked for a refund for the item I was not sent and offered to send the replacement they sent back but I have had no reply. At any point they could have notified me the item I paid for was out of stock (if it truly is?) But instead they sent me and charged me for something I didn't want and can't use.
