Customer service is a joke. Had a nuts and cracker gift platter missing. Had 2 bags of roasted and salted pistachios missing and also a bag of dried apricots missing. After numerous emails it's clear I'm now being ignored despite providing a proof of postage label. Would never ever use this company again. TERRIBLE.
