This was my second order, but unfortunately I’m a lot less satisfied this time.
Several items were swapped out for inappropriate items. When I added up what I was sent compared to what I paid for, I had paid £4.84 more and even though I emailed I was just fobbed off with ‘supply chain issues’ and so far, no refund.
I also had 3 packs of fruit that were not labelled at all. I’m not impressed with their customer service, even though they replied to the first email very quickly, I still haven’t heard back regarding my refund, nor about the unlabelled food.
