I’ve been ordering from here for a while, absolutely love the pecans as I’ve recently found out due to intolerances they’re one of only nuts I can now eat and this place has yummy ones, but not been keen on random substitutions.
I’ve recently had a large portion (over £25 worth of goods) missing from my last order. I got a reasonably quick response to initial contact requesting pictures etc and since then nothing. I’ve email 2-3 more times over last 2 weeks and no response. It seems to be since I informed them 7 out of the 8 bags of 100gm pecan bags were missing! I’m currently contacting payment provider to see if I can do anything that way, if not I’ll be escalating issue as from what I’ve read, this could become a legal matter.
Shame really as up until now I’ve ordered regularly and been a loyal customer. I’ve tried to be patient but the customer service is appalling.
