My online order arrived missing an item. I can’t get in touch with anyone from the shop since first emailing 2.5 weeks ago - the phone line when you call says to email for a response in 48 hours. I’ve tried Instagram DMs and comments and they have been ignored.
I’d strongly recommend that no one makes an online order from the shop as if they make a mistake there appears to be no way to get it fixed or get your money back.
