Ordered nearly two weeks ago now and still nothing has turned up. Had an email saying 'shipment is on the way' - but the tracking number doesn't work. I got in touch with the help email address to ask for an update from them 4 days ago - and no reply from them. And one of the items I ordered was not available in the end.
So ... not great.
