I have been a very regular shopper at Goodhood for a few years until very recently. I would purchase a couple of items a month at least. A while ago I reached the insider level of their loyalty scheme having spent over £1k in the past 12 months, but have since stopped shopping with Goodhood due to being misled about the benefits and the follow-up interactions I had with their customer service team.
Specifically, the website and the email received state that at the Insider level, you will receive a £50 voucher. However, after being unable to use the voucher online or in store, the customer service team told me (after 2 weeks) that the voucher requires a min spend of £100. This is not mentioned anywhere in the t&cs online or in email.
When I challenged customer service with this and showed them the email I received, they effectively told me tough luck and refused to escalate it beyond the person dealing with the email.
So I am now actively choosing other retailers to shop with and have taken my money elsewhere.
Btw, the site still states at insider level you get a £50 voucher with no stipulations mentioned on the account page, or in the help section FAQs.
