very poor customer service; due to the below points
there is no direct telephone line
you go on the chat and wait for hours before someone answers
they send you items different to what is advertised on their website, and when you tell them, they justify their false advertising
they do not act to correct the error they made , i asked for the refund of the shipping cost, which is the least they can do for receiving incorrect items , and they refuse
i asked for the email to be passed to the manager and they never bother replying
disappointing retailer , with poor after care service , will never buy from them again
