I had paid for next day delivery and it was within the timeframe but didn't get sent by next day, emailed them and got back to me the same day and refunded me the delivery fee, no issues or push back from them which is hard to find these days with companies. Ordered a Houseplant by Seth product which are hard to come by in the UK, when it arrived had plenty off protection around the box itself so arrived in perfect condition.
