Delivery took 9 days and you charged me £7 for this.
When I noticed that the trainers were too small I wanted to return them however it would have cost me another £7, so because I live in east London I asked customer service whether I could return them in store to save me the £7. You guys said “of course”. I returned them to the store, only to get charged again £7 for postal service. Terrible service! Won’t be ordering online again.
