Love you guys, but the comms on shipping was shocking. No phone number to contact, can’t DM on insta, and took over a week and multiple email chasers (+ 2 visits to the store) to get an answer on why my purchase was no where to be found. Turned out it was never even in stock..
shipping problems are fine, happens all the time. Not replying to customers and no way of direct contact, is not so fine.
