Love everything you sell and the in-store experience but my partner and I have not had the best run with customer service. I was sent an incorrect item, and this time an item he has ordered has not shown up. Customer service have not replied. Both times we’ve tried contacting by dm on Instagram but are blocked there. There is no store phone number. The item has since disappeared from the website so I expect a refund is heading our way. Please note that I have selected over a week for our response time below as the only other option is 12hours, but so far it has been 3 days.
