I will NEVER order from Goodhood again. Such a disappointment. Nobody responds on any of their customer service platforms.
My first order turned up with one part missing. I didn’t get informed or compensated.
My second order was a gift, three days after purchase, I got an email telling me it was a small independent company that is struggling with the volume of orders. It missed my friends birthday. I filled out an online form, rang and left two emails to make them aware if it wasn’t delivered in 7 days that the person who’s present it was will have moved. (I’d paid for express delivery 😬) Alas nobody contacted me and ten days later I got confirmation that my parcel would be delivered to the address- missing my friends birthday by a week and she’s moved out two days before.
Shocking customer service. I will not buy from this company again.
