I ordered three of the same item as gifts. One of them came without tags and had very clearly been opened. I sent four emails to Goodhood requesting assistance and did not receive a reply. I even tried sending from multiple email addresses just in case my messages were going to a spam folder. After reading several other reviews, it is apparent that this company has a practice of ignoring customer service emails. I previously had a very good experience with a purchase from Goodhood, so I'm particularly disappointed. If you are considering purchasing from this company, operate under the assumption that your purchase is a final sale because it doesn't seem you will get any help if you want to make a return or there is a problem with your item.
