"I only received one of the two items I ordered, despite the tote bag still showing as in stock. I contacted customer service via email but never received a response. Instead, I was issued a $17 discount/refund, which seems to have been for the missing tote bag, not for the inconvenience caused. This was disappointing, as these items were meant to be a gift, and the delay—nearly a month—meant I couldn’t present them on time. I shop here often, but this experience was far from satisfactory."
