First, you have a great selection of brands and items. You're really easy to communicate with (via mail as I'm in France), fast answers and shipping and also a great attention to the way purchases are packaged. Lately, I bought a rug that sold out and you immediately sent me a mail after payment with a cool choice of other rugs.
