Just great personalised service for an online website. The website is somewhat confusing - it is hard to find vouchers unless you put 'Goodhood voucher' into web browser and the only way I can add the recipient as requested in checkout process is by emailing you afterwards. That being said your customer service dept who email back are polite, prompt, helpful and personable. It all works.
