This is completely unacceptable! I cannot believe the lack of professionalism and customer service. Despite ordering 4 scents and 2 plug-in warmers, I received 6 scents and 0 plug-in warmers after a wait of 2 weeks. On top of that, customer service through text denied the mistake and kept insisting on sending another scent while ignoring the plug-in warmers issue. This kind of treatment is outrageous, and I refuse to ever deal with them again. I strongly recommend checking the BBB to see the numerous complaints about this company.
