“Probably spent thousands on candles from Goosecreek over the years, and just like everywhere else, they like to stiff their longtime customers. Started by getting rid of the large jar candles and now you're stuck with the small ones that are even more expensive. They took away the point system, which is bs because it wasn't even that rewarding, but atleast something. They also advertise as though you're getting a deal such as buy x amount for only this much, when in reality, it always ends up being the same regardless, like people are too dumb to realize. It's a shame, but if you like the scent of maple, go to TJ Maxx and look for Village candle large jars for only around $10. Usually buy them out when I see them, they are just as good, if not better! Crossroad, cheerful giver, black crow, and village are the best bang for the buck!”
“My husband and I ordered several candles from Goose Creek. I cancelled one order and they shipped it anyway and charged my credit card not once but twice. Even though I had proof beyond a reasonable doubt I cancelled and that they charged me twice for the same order they refused to do anything about it.”
“I ordered cinnamon pumpkin candle ,and start burning good then after awhile it's barely burning. Hardly has any scent aroma at all. Other then that my other candles I have ordered in the past was no problem. This candle disappointed me.”

“So I bought the cotton candy perfume from this service and it smells alright but the ingredients have left a disgusting residue on my clothes and skin when I’ve sprayed it on myself I really don’t recommend at all sorry but I shouldn’t have gross sticky residue on me I had to change clothes before I left the house and use something different”
“I purchased six candles. They were being sent to my old address. The website said if you want to cancel you have to do it by filling out a form. I filled out the form. My purchase was still pushed through. There’s a number you can text but no one answers. I paid $50 to have the delivery address changed and just got a message my order is still going to the wrong address. So I’m out $170. Never ever again. Your customer service is insufficient.”
“I purchased 6 candles. Three of them I used under candle warmers. Out of the three I burned, they're a hazard!!! Initially, on first firn, the label melts back. Then after subsequent burns (with trimming the wick back), the glass LITERALLY shatters and shoots away from the base. “I never received my order. Your customer service number is not accurate. I have also sent emails with my order number and the company has ghosted me. I have many friends who use goose creek candles and I have told them about my experience. It is obvious that this company does not care about its customers.

“I have two shelves one for b&bw one for GC. When its time to restock i send out the order the same time..They both have great throw but tbh GC has some awesome sells. Well its gotten to where its just not worth it. I ordered maybe 20 candles from bbw and they already got here 5 days ago. My GC eas only 7 candles not a super large order they havent even shipped out yet!!! Last time THEY messed up the city I lived in and wanted to charge me 20.dollars to fix the address and it was within a couple days of ordering I caught the error so they could've fixed it they chose not to. They said okay we will only charge you 10.dollars proving they absolutely could do it without charging then I disputed it with ny bank since I wasn't going to get the candles sent to me im not paying for someone else to have them well the almost immediately had the address set to come back to them instead of the listed messed up address caused by THEM again why couldn't they just do that for me. Poor customer relations they really dont care because they know people will buy no matter what and tbh I did again with this order. But this i suppose is the straw that broke the camels back. It shouldn't take 2 to 3 weeks to ship lol. Yall are not that busy come on. I guess i will just work my candle obsession around bbw sales. So sad yall so greedy.”
“I placed an order on June 6th of all beached themed candles approximately 6 candles. I wanted them for The July 4th Holiday to give to my Lakehouse guest. Still I have not rec’d them. I’ve reached out 4-5 times to the company & keep getting the same excuse, they’ll look into it. I no longer want the candles, but I will take a refund.”
“The candles smell good, when they actually arrive. It takes several weeks for them to even be shipped out. You get the same response every time you ask about it being shipped out. Due to sales and promotion, sometimes they can delay the shipping.. same answer every time. But now they want you to spend extra to have it shipped 2-3 days. They have officially lost a customer due to such a long shipping time. I can't ever buy these for gifts like I was doing. They just don't ever show up on time.”
“If you live in Canada’s they will charge you 30 for shipping and duties. They put the duties in place months before necessary. They hold your order for a week or more if you don’t pay more for expedited shipping. The candles a little below BBW. While their selections is massive it’s boring.”

“There are spam accounts attached to them on Instagram. I ordered 50 dollars worth of candles and it was a total scam. They sent tracking information through a foreign tracking company and shows delivered. When I messaged them they were real quick to tell me I have been scammed and the tracking number doesn't match. I would think companies like this would report spam attachments to their business to avoid customers being taken advantage of. Either way this company does not practice good business policies. Do not use them!”
“There needs to be a Zero star option. I ordered 8 candles only to not get them and been back and forth with the ridiculous emailing telling me my order was refunded, indeed it was not. This is a scam. Dont waste your money.”
“I have ordered over 100 candles from Goose Creek. I could count on one hand how many candles have been broken during shipment. GC is usually prompt with sending me a replacement. It's been a while since I've had a broken candle. The candles are amazing and unique. I have so many scents I look forward to. I would suggest buying them directly from Goose Creek, and not another retailer.”
