“There are spam accounts attached to them on Instagram. I ordered 50 dollars worth of candles and it was a total scam. They sent tracking information through a foreign tracking company and shows delivered. When I messaged them they were real quick to tell me I have been scammed and the tracking number doesn't match. I would think companies like this would report spam attachments to their business to avoid customers being taken advantage of. Either way this company does not practice good business policies. Do not use them!”

“I have ordered over 100 candles from Goose Creek. I could count on one hand how many candles have been broken during shipment. GC is usually prompt with sending me a replacement. It's been a while since I've had a broken candle. The candles are amazing and unique. I have so many scents I look forward to. I would suggest buying them directly from Goose Creek, and not another retailer.”
“This is my third time ordering from this company. The packaging is ok I think they should have Fragile in a bright color on the shipping boxes. Also with some of my candles, I can't smell the scent. Light it come back nothing but when it's not lit the smell is amazing. No smell to these candles when there lit. Don't waste your money I won't anymore. “I ordered a lilac scented candle and I adore lilacs. But this candle was so strongly scented that within a half an hour I had a headache. I contacted customer service and got no reply to my email and I have waited about a week for them to get back to me. So obviously they don’t really care about the customers. Their candles are $11-13. But I obviously wasted my money on this one. So if you’re going to buy Goose Creek Candles just know that customer service is not going to help you at all. In fact, customer service isn’t going to even respond to you. I gave them three stars because I do like the other scents that I have gotten. And that is the only reason I gave them three stars. So zero stars for customer service. Three stars because their other candles do smell nice”
“Great smelling candles but a rip off. I used a scratch off pop up for this order I placed. I provided my cell phone number as well. This isn't my first order with them and I have given them plenty of business so I figured this time let me actually use this discount. It did not reflect on my total that I paid at all. I reached out to customer service and they were very inflexible and did not assist me at all. I sent an email because you cannot call them and the email said I used it already, which is a lie because I never ever provided my cell phone number and upon looking at my previous orders where I spent hundreds of dollars it does not even appear. So I just did a chat with a representative Ava, and she went ahead and told me it gives me a discount for the most expensive candle that it would only cost me $9.99 well I spent more on these candles and she said in the chat she gave me a credit. I started to think wow that seems very nice let me look in my inbox, I did. She indeed gave me a refund all right, a $1 refund. I attached my bill with this refund she provided. I will never buy another candle from this company ever again. They are cold people that do not have live people to speak to and their demeanor for their customers clearly lacks any kind of emotion so I suggest if you want a good smelling candle go somewhere else where you could speak to a live person because these people are absolutely insensitive and insulting. $1 refund are you kidding me on a discount I've never used ever? Do not shop here keep going! Attached is the receipt some of the receipt because the camera could only take so much but I wanted everyone to see the $1 refund that this company issued a customer who spent so much money.”
“I ordered 4 candles. Everything was packaged nicely. Love all the wonderful scents I have bought. Only have burned one so far.
I also ordered the Macintosh plug in. I am not a fan. I do have a strong sense of smell and my house isn’t that big. I do like that it has a light and you can adjust the how strong you want it. I have it on the lowest, but this is entirely too strong and gives me a headache. I plugged it in my garage and I can still smell it from inside my house and outside my garage. It’s a very powerful scent.
It would work wonders next to a cat litter box. :-)

“Ordered room sprays and paid for expedited shipping only to have my order shown as being in Walton,Ky for 5 days,let customer service know and they told me it was lost in shipment and then was told it hadn't shipped! Which is it??? Lost or not shipped??? When I told them to cancel the order they said they can't refund money! Oh really? Had to dispute the charge with my bank and received my funds back. My advice stick to Bath and Bodyworks,customer service is so much better as are the scents”

“I bought 7 wax melts. I can’t smell any of them. I stick my nose into the wax. Still zero scent. Very disappointed. I had tried their jar candles years ago, and they didn’t have much of a scent either, but their ads and positive reviews sucked me in. Who is leaving these positive reviews?
