YOU WILL NOT GET ANYONE TO STRAIGHTEN YOUR REQUESTS. I asked first REPLACEMENTS instead of refund so I didn't have to reorder and pay shipping. A Complete NIGHTMARE. Wrote aa long review and it WOULD NOT let me submit it. It is ashamed as I have been ordering Goose Creek products for years and love all of them!! The company apparently doesn't care about their customer service feedback!!
