I also ordered candles on Dec. 8. No they never shipped. I contacted customer service via email on Dec. 23 or 24 asking them to cancel my order and refund me my money. I also told them that I would probably try them in the future since it seems they were not able to handle the logistics of the orders they received. They responded and refunded me my money. I had money back within 2 business days.
