Worse company, I had ordered 7 hand soaps and one candle. What I received was not what I ordered. Only 3 of the items were correct the rest were products I did not order. Reached out to customer service and they will refund me the missing products. Asked for them to also refund the shipping, so instead of refunding back to my card she gave me a gift card for my next purchase. I emailed back and told her that that is not acceptable because I will not buy from them again. When I emailed her back to have this escalated and want to speak with someone. I do not think it is fair for them to send me products that I didn't order just because they did not have them. Have not heard a reply from them after my last email requesting a manager.

HORRIBLE! CAN NOT CONTACT WHAT SO EVER! CANNOT FIND OUT IF MY ORDER HAS EVEN SHIPPED YET!

I placed two orders one on December 2 one on December 3. I just got notice yesterday that they shipped the first order, and the other one shipped today. They will both be over 20 days from my order date, when I get them. I needed these for gifts for this weekend and I now have to go out and buy new gifts. I reached out to the company and they said I could return the items, but I had to pay for shipping and I would not get refunded my shipping. Seems like if they are lacking in getting their orders to customers on time, that I shouldn’t get penalized for the shipping costs. I should’ve stuck with Bath and body Works never had any issues with them.

Purchased on Dec 4th it is now the 17th. My order was still not shipped out I purchased early in the month to prepare for delays with the holiday. They keep running all these sales but still have not shipped out our orders from 2 weeks ago. These are gifts and now i need to go out to buy gifts elsewhere.

I ordered early only to find out 2 weeks later they still had not even shipped my items which I needed for a Holiday gift swap. I was left spending more and rushing to have something. Unacceptable process time from this company.

Goose creek candle I ordered they sent me the wrong candles they were avoiding my calls Chris I called PayPal he stated he will not help me until I drop the case which I will not because I don't think he will take care of the problem I bought this for Christmas present

After more than 2 weeks I still don't have my order. I have inquired with shady responses from an automated system. I asked to cancel because it has STILL not even shipped. I was told no. These candles were gifts for events that have come and gone leaving me to replace these with other gifts. I will be returning them and NEVER again dealing with these people! Big disappointment! Horrible customer service. Takes weeks to ship items out and they deceivingly do not warn you that you won't receive your products in time for holidays, but also don't give you your money back either. Will never order from them again, no matter how much I like their products... I hate the company and the customer service.

I bought my first candle from Amazon and loved the scent. Bought from their site cause it was so much cheaper. But that was a mistake. I should have read more on the reviews!!! It's been 13 days and they still haven't shipped it. Worse customer service I've ever seen!!! I'm never ordering from their website again. I know other stores that sell them and are much, much, much better with the shipping. I'll propably pay more, but as long as I receive what I ordered in a timely manner, I'll stick with it. Never the site again!!!

Placed an order on November 30th and it is now December 14th. Just got notice that my order is ready to be shipped. What!? Why does it take more than two weeks to ship? These were to be gifts for my hairdresser, etc. but I had to go buy other things as these were not to me in time. And I don’t even know if the candles are good or not yet.

Play some order on November 30 it’s not December 14 and has not even shipped. It happens all the time with them, these candles will not arrive for Christmas, or the shipping for two Christmases from now. When you reach out to them, they give you some sappy story every time from their family owned business to they can’t handle all of their orders. And you can’t cancel your order. They will not arrive by the holidays and now I have Christmas theme candles past Christmas.

I find it hard to believe it took 8 days to process an order of 4 items. And another 3 days for it to be shipped and another 4 days before an "estimated delivery" date. Poor customer service. Have ordered before, and it takes TOO long. Will buy candles from local store. They don't need my business.

Just placed my first order with them so cannot comment on the candles but wanted to drop a line to say that I was charged an expedited shipping fee on top of the regular shipping fee with no way to remove it. Have contacted the online help resources but have yet to hear back, will have to update. Also after filling out the first customer support form that was included with their “thanks for your purchase” text I received another text saying that website is no longer monitored which directed me to another customer form to fill out. Not sure who is running the show with them but pretty dang frustrating!! The expedited shipping fee was only $2.95 but still irritating to know that they are squeezing every last cent out of customers when probably not necessary and definitely not asked for!

Ordered 9 candles, plus plug in and the plug in unit. ALL 9 CANDLES WERE THE WRONG SCENTS AND NEVER RECEIVED PLUG IN NOR THE UNIT. IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE TO RECTIFY THIS MATTER. I GUESS I JUST ATE 95 BUCKS!

I've been having a hard time getting candles to burn all the way down I've had candles that have stop lighting 2 inches from bottom. Some with no scent. At all I'm going to buy candles else where.

Entire candle smells smokey about halfway through. To the point all guy smell is smoke rather than fragrance. And no, candles never burn for more than 4hrs in my home.

I ordered multiple times and No issues however the last order they didn’t give me my total order ( missing 2 tart packages ) contacted customer service which was awful having to send photos of what I received even sent them my invoice and contacted them the same day I received package.

Purchased two of the Goose Creek three wick candles. When talking them out of the package there was no scent from either of them. Burned the first for an hour, no scent at all. Burned second for an hour, no scent at all. I would recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE Goose Creek candles. Waste of money. Return process too tedious. ZERO STARS.
