“Entire candle smells smokey about halfway through. To the point all guy smell is smoke rather than fragrance. And no, candles never burn for more than 4hrs in my home.”
“I ordered multiple times and No issues however the last order they didn’t give me my total order ( missing 2 tart packages ) contacted customer service which was awful having to send photos of what I received even sent them my invoice and contacted them the same day I received package.”

When talking them out of the package there was no scent from either of them.
Burned the first for an hour, no scent at all.

I would recommend that you DO NOT PURCHASE Goose Creek candles.

“I bought several candles and 2 plugins. I have one plug in that's in the living room right across from where I sit in the living room and I can not smell anything, same with the bedroom. I burnt one of the candles & it has no smell None of them have any smell whatsoever, I mean, they smell fine when you take the lid off, but when I lit a candle..I can't smell anything. I'm really, really disappointed . I used to love Goose Creek candles! Needless to say I will not be buying anymore!”

“Probably spent thousands on candles from Goosecreek over the years, and just like everywhere else, they like to stiff their longtime customers. Started by getting rid of the large jar candles and now you're stuck with the small ones that are even more expensive. They took away the point system, which is bs because it wasn't even that rewarding, but atleast something. They also advertise as though you're getting a deal such as buy x amount for only this much, when in reality, it always ends up being the same regardless, like people are too dumb to realize. It's a shame, but if you like the scent of maple, go to TJ Maxx and look for Village candle large jars for only around $10. Usually buy them out when I see them, they are just as good, if not better! Crossroad, cheerful giver, black crow, and village are the best bang for the buck!”
“My husband and I ordered several candles from Goose Creek. I cancelled one order and they shipped it anyway and charged my credit card not once but twice. Even though I had proof beyond a reasonable doubt I cancelled and that they charged me twice for the same order they refused to do anything about it.”

“So I bought the cotton candy perfume from this service and it smells alright but the ingredients have left a disgusting residue on my clothes and skin when I’ve sprayed it on myself I really don’t recommend at all sorry but I shouldn’t have gross sticky residue on me I had to change clothes before I left the house and use something different”

My purchase was still pushed through. There’s a number you can text but no one answers. I paid $50 to have the delivery address changed and just got a message my order is still going to the wrong address. So I’m out $170. Never ever again. Your customer service is insufficient.”
“I purchased 6 candles. Three of them I used under candle warmers. Out of the three I burned, they're a hazard!!! Initially, on first firn, the label melts back. Then after subsequent burns (with trimming the wick back), the glass LITERALLY shatters and shoots away from the base. “I never received my order. Your customer service number is not accurate. I have also sent emails with my order number and the company has ghosted me. I have many friends who use goose creek candles and I have told them about my experience. It is obvious that this company does not care about its customers.
