I placed an order on 12/12, I never anticipated that I would not receive my items in time for Christmas. These were all Christmas gifts , which is very upsetting . If I hadn’t already paid in full for these items , zi wouldn’t care about even receiving them . There isn’t any tracking info , I will never order another thing from this company. Jan Gray

Ordered on Dec 7. I have been emailing them constantly. One of my boxes shipped but will not be in time for Christmas. You cannot cancel since they will not allow it. I will never order from them again. Their excuse was volume. No kidding your volume is going to increase at christmas where was your planning. Horrible customer service.

Came here to see reviews and was surprised to see how so many have and are experiencing the same issue as myself . Made an order on December 12 th with order comfirmed and still hasn’t shipped yet . Upon checking last week it said it would ship on the 21st , then the 22nd and this afternoon says the 24th . Some of these were for gifts , hostess gift and some for my home as I’m hosting for Christmas this year . This will be the last time I order from them . I feel as though they should have closed online orders if they couldn’t fill the orders people made .

I placed my order on December 7th 2025. I just got my tracking number on December 20th. I tracked the order I would get it until the 28th of December! They were Christmas presents. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

I ordered on December 6, and still have not received my items. This is how you lose candle loving customers, because I will NEVER order again!

I ordered candles for xmas on Dec 7 still processing . Seems like you are taking more orders than you can handle. Wish I read the reviews earlier, seems like nobody is getting their candles in a timely manner

Placed an order December 12th for 20 candles and it's now the 20th and nothing has shipped and when I chatted with support they was a smart a$$ and acted like they were being bothered. I'm to the point I'm probably better off canceling my order. I won't even suggest this company to anyone if this is how their customers are treated.

I ordered 18 days ago and they said still processing yet I was told order would ship within a few days understanding it was the holiday’s but will not order from them again. Guess I should have went with candelberry. My loss

Wish i would've read these reviews before I ordered. Ordered early hoping to receive in time for the holidays. Order still hasn't been shipped. smh. very disappointing as this is my first time ordering.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent order placed on December 5th. Although I was informed that the order would ship by December 16th, it has still not been sent as of December 18th. This is my second time ordering from you. My first experience in February was fulfilled very quickly, but this current delay is disappointing and aligns with the negative experiences others have reported recently.

They keep postponing the shipping date. When I reached out to them never received an answer. They will not put their problems on me to refuse delivery or send the candles back. I told them to cancel the order that they are still processing for a couple weeks now. I understand the holidays are busy time but if you can handle your customers shut your online ordering down!!!

Worse company, I had ordered 7 hand soaps and one candle. What I received was not what I ordered. Only 3 of the items were correct the rest were products I did not order. Reached out to customer service and they will refund me the missing products. Asked for them to also refund the shipping, so instead of refunding back to my card she gave me a gift card for my next purchase. I emailed back and told her that that is not acceptable because I will not buy from them again. When I emailed her back to have this escalated and want to speak with someone. I do not think it is fair for them to send me products that I didn't order just because they did not have them. Have not heard a reply from them after my last email requesting a manager.

I placed two orders one on December 2 one on December 3. I just got notice yesterday that they shipped the first order, and the other one shipped today. They will both be over 20 days from my order date, when I get them. I needed these for gifts for this weekend and I now have to go out and buy new gifts. I reached out to the company and they said I could return the items, but I had to pay for shipping and I would not get refunded my shipping. Seems like if they are lacking in getting their orders to customers on time, that I shouldn’t get penalized for the shipping costs. I should’ve stuck with Bath and body Works never had any issues with them.

Purchased on Dec 4th it is now the 17th. My order was still not shipped out I purchased early in the month to prepare for delays with the holiday. They keep running all these sales but still have not shipped out our orders from 2 weeks ago. These are gifts and now i need to go out to buy gifts elsewhere.

I ordered early only to find out 2 weeks later they still had not even shipped my items which I needed for a Holiday gift swap. I was left spending more and rushing to have something. Unacceptable process time from this company.

Goose creek candle I ordered they sent me the wrong candles they were avoiding my calls Chris I called PayPal he stated he will not help me until I drop the case which I will not because I don't think he will take care of the problem I bought this for Christmas present

After more than 2 weeks I still don't have my order. I have inquired with shady responses from an automated system. I asked to cancel because it has STILL not even shipped. I was told no. These candles were gifts for events that have come and gone leaving me to replace these with other gifts. I will be returning them and NEVER again dealing with these people! Big disappointment!
