First Off, I will say they have the best scented 3 wick candles. But they tend to crack and break, which can be very dangerous, If you're not in the room when it so often happens. The second grievance is, there is so much candle wax left at the bottom when there done. That is such a waste of our money, the consumers. Their customer service is sometimes okay with replacements of the cracked candles. But since you have to email their customer service instead of calling, and talking to an agent, It can get very frustrating.
