I ordered a lilac scented candle and I adore lilacs. But this candle was so strongly scented that within a half an hour I had a headache. I contacted customer service and got no reply to my email and I have waited about a week for them to get back to me. So obviously they don’t really care about the customers. Their candles are $11-13. But I obviously wasted my money on this one. So if you’re going to buy Goose Creek Candles just know that customer service is not going to help you at all. In fact, customer service isn’t going to even respond to you. I gave them three stars because I do like the other scents that I have gotten. And that is the only reason I gave them three stars. So zero stars for customer service. Three stars because their other candles do smell nice
