The candles themselves smell good and seem fine. However, I received a broken candle that had shards of sharp glass and under their policy for damaged goods, you have to take a picture of all damage and send to them. This is not safe or consumer friendly. I didn't break the candle. If I cut myself, you can bet I'd bring a lawsuit. This policy y needs to be changed before someone gets really hurt. I couldn't tell my candle was broken until I pulled the lid off and that's when it shattered so I couldn't get a picture of it without touching. I also didn't get the label, so I don't even know if I'll get a replacement.
